Indoor Skydiving: What to expect?
One of the many things that make Wefly Indoor Skydiving special is its mobile wind tunnel. The mobile wind tunnel serves as an amazing tool for all skydivers wishing to improve their flying skills in a more controlled environment.
Fresh skydivers can gain confidence quickly by learning how their bodies respond to the rush of wind based on their body position, and professional skydivers are able to fine-tune their skills to compete against the best in the world.

How does it feel?
Being suspended by wind on a column of air is an unusual sensation, somewhere between flying and floating, but it’s not unsettling. With the help of instructors, you will be able to accomplish a lot in a little bit of time. The sensation is very similar to skydive just without the view and a 15,000 feet drop. Essentially, it is a skydive in a controlled and safe environment.
Before your flight, instructors will teach you a stable body position and a series of hand signals for communication before your take the flight. You will be provided with a special flight suit, helmet, goggles, shoes, and earplugs. When it comes to getting into the tunnel and fly, your instructors will guide you from the door until supported by the airflow. A first time flyer package is two 2-minute flights. Preparation for indoor skydiving
You do not need to do anything special or prepare for indoor skydiving. Just eat normally and do not consume any alcohol. Turn up in cool, comfortable clothing that will fit under a jumpsuit. Avoid collars and any loose items. You’ll be asked to remove jewelry, watch, and other valuables, so plan to leave that at home.
Prior to suiting up, you will attend a brief training class where your instructor will teach you proper body position and flight techniques—hand signals that are used in the wind tunnel, and acknowledge any safety concerns you may have. As soon as you gear up with your specialised flight suit, earplugs, goggles, gloves, and helmet, you’ll be ready to hit the flight chamber. A feeling of weightlessness will come over you as you soar through the wind tunnel for two full minutes of flying time. With winds at 200 mph, you’ll be flooded with adrenaline like never before!

Eligibility to fly
Indoor skydiving is an adventure sport which almost anyone can partake. It is possible to start indoor skydiving from as early as 4 years old. Wefly India can fly anyone between the age group of 7-100 years. Flyers between 7-18 years must strictly be accompanied by parents/guardian, however flyers between age group of 18 -60 years can enjoy independent entry.
Flyers should be physically fit with no prior history of neck, spine or shoulder injury. Flight instructors are trained to accompany you throughout the flight time in a completely safe environment, allowing you to enjoy an out-of- the-ordinary experience with friends and family.
The maximum weight limit for flying is 105 kg, and shall have to undergo a primary test of physical fitness conducted by Wefly India’s para-medical team at the venue.
